Our Iber Road location is conveniently located a few minutes east of downtown Stittsville. Find us off Hazeldean Road at the corner of Abbot St. at the end of Iber road. If coming from Ottawa East, take exit 140 to Terry Fox Drive, turn right onto Hazeldean Road and once you’ve reached the Shoppers Drug Mart and Food Basics, take a left onto Iber Road. Our parts store is directly linked to our warehouse allowing us to find the parts you need fast.

Buy Online Pickup In Store

AutoShack now has Buy Online – Pickup in Store available to our customers in the Greater Ottawa area!

How to Use:

1. 1. Shop on AutoShack.ca and add your item(s) to cart.
2. 2. During the checkout process the option to select “In Store Pickup” will appear based on your billing address postal code:
   
   
3. 3. Once your order is finalized you will receive 3 emails.

i) Order Confirmation Email – This email will confirm your order, let you know your order will be ready within 2 hours, provide the store address and hours.

ii) Order Ready for Pickup Email – This email will let you know your order is ready and available for pickup at our location. It will also let you know we require ID for pickup

iii) Your Order is Complete Email – This email will be sent once your order has been picked up from our location.

Return Items

1. 1. To return items purchased through AutoShack’s Buy Online Pickup in Store feature please return items to retail location for return and refund.
2. 2. Once items are returned to Retail Location they will be inspected and processed. Refund will be processed and issued within 1 business day.
