How do I find parts that will fit my vehicle?
From the AutoShack homepage enter your vehicle's year, make, model, trim and engine into the “Select Your Vehicle” box located on the left side of the page to confirm that the parts you search will fit your vehicle. You may also click the “Find Parts by Make” link located in the header and you will be prompted to select a make, model and year.
If you do not know your vehicle's year, make, model, trim or engine you can also search by entering your vehicle's VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) into the “Select Your Vehicle” box under “VIN Lookup”. To learn more about decoding and locating your VIN click here.
Once you have found your desired product from your MMY search it is important for further verification that you check the fitment information located on the product details page. The fitment table will verify the location and vehicle fit of the product.
Do You Have Customer Ratings or Reviews?
Yes, all products on AutoShack’s website can be reviewed by our customers. These reviews can be helpful when making a purchase so other customers can share their experience with the product. You can leave or read reviews directly from the product page by clicking the “Write a Review” button.
How Do I Add Products to My Cart?
You can add a product to your cart in two ways:
From the product listing page, click the “Add to Cart” button located on the right side of the product listing.
From the product details page, click the “Add to Cart” button on the right-hand side.
Before adding any products, it’s important to confirm that the part is compatible with your vehicle by checking the fitment details provided on the product page. This ensures that the part will fit your vehicle correctly.
How Do I Modify My Order?
Before placing your order, you can modify it as follows:
Continue Shopping: Once a product is added to your cart, you can continue adding more items by clicking the “Continue Shopping” button.
Update Quantity: Change the quantity of any product from the product listing page, product details page, shopping cart, or during checkout. Simply adjust the number in the quantity box, and your Order Summary will automatically update.
Delete or Remove Products: To remove an item, click the “Remove” link under the product on the shopping cart page or during checkout. Your order summary will reflect this change.
After the Order Has Been Placed:
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. To add additional items, you will need to create a new order.
If you want to remove items, you will need to cancel the original order and place a new order with the desired products.
Orders can be canceled only within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, once the order has been fulfilled at our fulfillment center, cancellation is no longer possible.
Can I Use a Promotional Code?
At AutoShack, we believe in offering competitive pricing directly from the manufacturer to our customers, so promotional codes are rarely used. However, if you have received a promotional code, you can apply it during checkout.
To apply a promotional code:
In the shopping cart or during the checkout process, click the “Have a Promo Code?” box under the Order Summary to expand it.
Enter your promo code into the text box and click “Apply”.
Once applied, the discount will be displayed in your Order Summary.
Why Are AutoShack Prices So Much Lower Than My Local Store or Dealership?
AutoShack By selling directly to the consumer there is no middleman and we pass those savings on to you.
I Can’t Find a Part on Your Site?
AutoShack’s website shows both in-stock and out-of-stock/coming soon items. If you’re unable to locate a part on our site, it’s likely a product we do not carry. We focus on the products we specialize in, rather than offering a full range of auto parts, which helps us maintain our competitive, direct-to-consumer pricing.
Pricing
We are direct from the manufacturer to consumer business our prices are already as low and competitive as they can be. For this reason, all of our customers receive the same price.
For payment options – because we deal directly with customers we do not supply credit accounts or operate with Account Receivable. Our Accepted Payment Methods are listed at the bottom of our website.
Wholesale & Volume Pricing
At AutoShack, we provide low and competitive pricing by selling directly from the manufacturer to the consumer. This means we do not offer special pricing for wholesale or bulk purchases—all customers receive the same affordable price.
We do not offer credit accounts or accounts receivable, as we deal directly with customers. You can find our accepted payment methods at the bottom of our website.
Can I Estimate the Tax and Total?
Yes, you can estimate your tax and total from the shopping cart page or during the checkout process by entering your Postal Code.
To estimate:
Expand the box labeled “Estimate Tax and Total” in the Order Summary section.
Enter your Postal Code and click the “Estimate” button.
Once the estimate is applied, you’ll see the updated shipping, tax, and total amount in the Order Summary.
How Do I Place an Order?
To place an order, click “Checkout” or “Proceed to Checkout” from these locations:
In the website header, click the cart icon at the top-right corner of the page. Once clicked, hit the “Checkout button at the bottom of the expanded cart.
On the Shopping Cart page, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button under the Order Summary.
How Do I Create an Account?
When checking out, you will be given three options:
Log in if you’re a returning customer,
Create an account, or
Checkout as a guest.
To create an account:
Click the “Create Account” button during checkout.
Complete the text fields in the form with your information.
Click “Create Account” once all details have been entered.
How Do I Check My Order Status?
You can check your order status by:
Clicking the “Order Status” link found in the website footer.
You can also log into your account to view your order history and check the status of your order directly.
How Do Your Auto Parts Compare with Competitors?
All AutoShack products are Certified Original Equipment Manufacturer Replacement (OEM) parts. This means that while the parts are not produced by the original manufacturer, they are engineered to match the exact specifications of the components that were originally installed on your vehicle during the manufacturing process. Our parts are designed for a precise fit and reliable performance, just like the originals.
With more than 40 years of experience in the auto parts industry, AutoShack is dedicated to providing high-quality parts that are built to meet or exceed the original specifications.
When Will You Be Getting More Stock or New Products?
AutoShack frequently replenishes stock and adds new products to our inventory. If you're waiting for a specific item, you can click the “Notify When Back in Stock” button on the product page. Once the item is available again, you’ll receive an email notification from AutoShack with the update.
Be sure to check back often for restocks and newly added products.
I’m a Reseller, How Do I Get Tax Exempt?
For resellers looking to qualify for tax exemption, please reach out to our customer service team and submit your reseller certificate. Once your certificate has been added to your account, the system will automatically exclude taxes from your orders at checkout.
Six Month Warranty & Extended Warranty
At AutoShack, we provide two types of warranties for your auto parts:
Six-Month Warranty: Every product purchased from AutoShack comes with a standard manufacturer’s warranty that is valid for six months from the date of shipment (unless otherwise noted). This warranty guarantees that all parts are new, serviceable, and functional. If a part is defective within six months* of the original purchase date, AutoShack will provide a one-time replacement at its discretion.
AutoShack Extended Warranty: AutoShack also offers an Extended Warranty for a small fee, which can be added at checkout. The Extended Warranty provides one free replacement for as long as you own the vehicle. It applies to most products sold by AutoShack, including wear parts like brake pads, rotors, and struts. The Extended Warranty offers extra security, allowing you to enjoy long-term protection for your vehicle parts.
*Please note, the six-month warranty excludes damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper installation.

What type of warranty do you offer?

All parts sold by AutoShack are brand new, serviceable, and functional. Is your website secure?

What is your return policy?
All items purchased through AutoShack within 30 days of invoice date that have not been installed can be returned for a refund. Please go to your "Purchase History" and click on the order you would like to return. On the right-hand side the return options will be available for you to follow.
Do Not ship product to AutoShack without first contacting AutoShack for Approval. Any unauthorized returns will be declined. The declined products will be discarded.
AutoShack reserves the right to refuse a refund on any order returned.

Why do I keep getting redirected to your .com/.ca website when I try to register online?
